Alison Zlotow, Violin
Biography
Violinist Alison Zlotow has performed at Carnegie Hall, Miller Theatre, and Symphony Space in New York City; at Jordan Hall in Boston; and at Orchestra Hall in Chicago. As a soloist with orchestra, she has performed with the DuPage, Kishwaukee, and Elmhurst Symphonies in the Chicago area. By age 17 Ms. Zlotow had won the Fishoff National Chamber Music Competition (Junior Division) and the ARTS Recognition and Talent Search. Born in Chicago, Alison received her Graduate Diploma and Master's Degree from New England Conservatory where she studied with Donald Weilerstein. She received her Bachelor's Degree from the Oberlin Conservatory with Almita and Roland Vamos.
