Biography
Andrea Hill was awarded, in 2007 the Vancouver Opera Guild Prize and the same year she made her professional debut as Angelina in Rossini's La Cenerentola in Hof Germany. In 2008 she subg the role of Siebel in Charles Gounod's Faust with Calgary Opera, and from 2007 to 2009 she was a member of the Paris National Opera's Atelier Lyrique.
Her repoertoire includes Cherubino in Mozart's Le Nozze di Figaro, Dorabella in Mozart's Cosi fan tutte, Hansel in Humperdinck's Hänsel und Gretel, Niklaus in Hoffman's Les Contes d'Hoffman, Octavian in Strauss' Der Rosenkavalier, Hélène in Chabrier's operetta Une éducation manquée.
