Biography
Born in Naples , into a family of non-musicians, he started playing the piano at the age of three. Since the beginning he shows an extraordinary musical ear and perfect pitch, which led him make his début as a child prodigy , at the age of seven, at the Maurizio Costanzo Show, one of the most popular TV programs in Italy. He graduated with the highest distinction from the Conservatorio di Musica "G. Verdi" in Milan. He is laureate of numerous national and international piano competitions and he developed his music skills at music courses where he worked with such artists as Boris Petrushansky, Antonio Pompa Baldi, Marcello Abbado, Sergio Perticaroli, Enrico Pace, Aldo Ciccolini, Leonid Margarius, Leonel Morales and Vsevolod Dvorkin. He carries on an intense concert activity which makes him play in important Italian venues, among others, Sala Puccini in Milan and Stresa Festival. He has been invited to play for the Associazione Dino Ciani, Associazione Napolinova, AGi.Mus, Società dei concerti di Milano. His young pupils are prizewinners in piano competitions. He plays in duo with the pianist Elena Piccione.
