SuJin Lee, Cello
Biography
SuJin Lee, a young cellist who was recommended to the Boca Raton Symphonia by Itzhak Perlman, has been performing as soloist with orchestras nationally and internationally since the age of seven, after having won the top prize in the New England Conservatory Concerto Junior Competition.
Ms. Lee was a prize winner in the Johansen International Competition, and in October 2010 she will present her debut recital with her sister, SuYeon Lee, in Paris at the Louvre Museum as part of the Rising Young Artists series.
She has performed at the Corcoran Art Gallery, Zankel Hall, Mechanics Hall, Jordan Hall, Neue Galerie, Sibelius Hall, and the Massachusetts State House. She currently attends Columbia University and the Juilliard School.
