The Symphony was commissioned by "Young Euro-classic" International Festival in Berlin, Germany and live in Berlin Konzerthause by Armenian Philharmonic Orchestra in summer of 2001. It was awarded Gold Medal at the prestigious "ASCAP Morton Gould Award" composition competition in New York in 2004. It is Scheduled to be performed by Orchestra of the Province of Tucuman on June 24 and 25, 2011.
