“Falling in Love with Love,” from The Boys from Syracuse Richard Rodgers, arr. Jonathan Levin
Some of my most memorable musical and personal experiences have been working with other musicians and particularly with singers in various productions of classic Broadway musicals. These selections represent a few of my favorite things – all in different neo-romantic settings in the style of Rachmaninoff, Scriabin, Debussy and Godowsky. I’ve always deeply admired Stephen Hough as a consummate artist and musician so I couldn’t resist including his irresistible setting of this classic as well.Jonathan Levin
