Hsiao-Ling Lin, Piano
Biography
Pianist Hsiao-Ling Lin enjoys
an active
performing career as a soloist and chamber musician. As a soloist, she
has
performed at prestigious halls such as the Rachmaninoff Hall in Tambov,
Russia
and has been heard live on Chicago's
PianoForte Salon Series. A chamber music enthusiast, Ms. Lin has
collaborated
with members of the New York Philharmonic, Boston Symphony Orchestra,
Boston
Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Ysaye String Quartet. Her broadcasts
include a live
performance on Boston's
WGBH.
A native of Taichung, Taiwan,
Ms. Lin has degrees from the New England Conservatory and DePaul
University.
She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Music degree in Piano Performance
and
Collaborative Arts at Northwestern
University under the
guidance of Dr. James Giles and Dr. Elizabeth Buccheri.
